What kinds of personal information about you do we process?
We take contact details such as your name and phone number in order to conduct viewings.
If you are interested in renting one of our rooms we ask you to complete screening information via our
screening agent www.tenantscreening.co.uk, who are themselves GDPR complaint.
What is the source of your personal information?
Any data we hold is provided by you, either directly to us or via our screening agent.
For how long is your personal information retained by us?
We will hold your information on our drop box system, which is available to us both, until your tenancy had ended. We will then transfer it to our iCloud drive for archiving. We also keep your contact details in our contacts database.
Although your personal information is held in a secure place, we are able to delete your personal
information upon request.
What should you do if your personal information changes?
Any data we hold is provided by you, and can be changed by you upon request via our drop box facility.
We can also delete your personal information upon request.
What are the legal grounds for us processing your personal information?
We need your personal data to communicate with you, set up a valid assured short-hold tenancy with you,
and to allow us to conduct screening in order to secure a safe and legal tenancy.
