County Rooms came in to being in 2010 to provide accommodation for professionals requiring a room in a modern, well-equipped property.

County Rooms aims to provide clean, stylish, well-managed properties in the most desirable locations within the home counties; and at affordable prices, for our guests to enjoy.

All of our properties have stylishly furnished rooms, shared living spaces, dining areas, kitchens, bathrooms and gardens. Our homes and gardens are cleaned and maintained by our specially selected suppliers as part of our all-inclusive, all bills paid service.

County Rooms offers expert management of properties for landlords. As experienced landlords ourselves we know about all the issues that landlords face. Our goal is to always maintain 100% occupancy as we know how painful voids can be to the landlords cashflow. We also keep all of the properties compliant with monthly checks and quarterly reports.
